Responsibilities:
Mix non-alcoholic drinks per BP standards based on client requests Must have thorough knowledge of all items on the drink menu Ensures all kitchen utensils and containers are washed and put back in proper storage area Assumes 100% responsibility for the cleanliness of dishware Keep dish room clean and organized Responsible for general housekeeping as needed including receiving and storing supplies, sweeping floors, clean trash cans and remove trash when needed, replenishing supplies when stock is low Maintain personal health and sanitation standards Must be knowledgeable of all safety codes per BP's guidelines Ensure compliance with BP's code of ethics, integrity and conduct Job Type:
