Job Description:
Western Tube, a division of Zekelman Industries, seeks an Inside Sales Representative for our Garden Grove, CA facility.
The Inside Sales Representative is detail oriented and displays strong organizational skills to manage the complex and multifaceted profile of customer accounts.
Sales and marketing skills are utilized to provide seamless customer service while achieving sales and marketing goals.
Responsibilities:
Project professionalism in representing the organization, internally and externallyProactively selling our organization's products and servicesComply with unique customer requests, to establish strong partnering relationshipsDevelop and maintain effective internal interdepartmental relationshipsComplete understanding of Western Tubes' capabilities and internal requirements to ensure operating efficiencies are maintainedCoordination of quoting and development of inquiries for professional and timely response to customer(s)Process customer orders accurately from entry through invoicingCommunication of customer's requirements through manufacturing process and shipmentOn-going interaction with outside sales and management of market informationUnderstanding of markets and regional pricing levelsDetailed account management; responsible for maintaining customer recordsMonitor aged allocated inventory; ongoing review with customersAnalysis and resolution of customer complaintsPerform related duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
Strong sales and communication skills, verbal and writtenAbility to prioritize multiple tasks amid dynamic timelinesDecisiveness and problem solving skillsStrong general mathematical skillsTechnological proficiency - Microsoft Office, business systems, mobile platformsEffective performance in a team environmentAbility to work closely with Technical and Manufacturing personnelPrior knowledge in tubing or industrial sales are a plus Job Footer (US):
