Our Sales Agents come from various backgrounds, we do find, however, and that our top sales performers all have the following skills and abilities:
Experience prospecting, networking and new business development
Ability to close a sale
Experience creating and delivering sales presentations
Experience in Life, Health, or other personal lines of insurance (not required)
Retail sales experience
Excellent communication or customer service skills
-Bilingual Spanish/English is a Plus!
-P&C License is a PlusEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
